And what is quite remarkable is the stories from some of our colleagues who have been part of the journey for a long time. One of them is Laila. She has been working at NNIT for 26 years and highlights our values “Open & Honest”, “Conscience driven” and “Value adding”. “At NNIT we live our values, and they matter to everyone. And yes, we're a bit late to the game, but that's because 2024 has been extraordinarily busy with relocations to new, modern offices in China and across Europe, including a new headquarters in Copenhagen. So, we had to postpone the marking of our 30th anniversary into the fall. We wish to profoundly thank all our employees, customers and partners, past and present, for 30 fantastic years of digital and business transformation 🙏👏 In the words of Mads Krogsgaard Thomsen, in his speech at our HQ housewarming, it has been an evolution, building on our original DNA within life sciences, and we are so happy to be sharing our journey with all of you - yesterday, today and tomorrow. Vi har trykket speeden i bund, og efter 15 måneder er jeg faktisk blæst bagover af, hvor stor en vækst vi har haft – i gennemsnit 30 procent med såvel eksisterende som nuværende kunder..." Og det bygger på mange års træning og tilløb uddyber Kasper Andersen: “Den offentlige sektor er kommet frem til en skillevej, fordi mange af deres systemer nærmer sig pensionsalderen. Vi har en masse erfaring med at modernisere og udvikle komplekse offentlige systemer, så de tager højde for de mange forandringer, vi ser i samfundet, for ny lovgivning og demografi. Det er en ekspertise, vi har udviklet og forfinet over mange år i vores Custom Application Development, Cloud, SAP og Microsoft teams. Meet Malgorzata, an inspiring voice for women in tech at NNIT. With a Masters in Pharmacy, she transitioned from being an end-user to advising clients as an Advanced Business Consultant.
